3 ways to kick start your morning
We are not morning people, even though we really would like to be, it just hasn’t happened. However we do try to stick to a morning routine, to help us wake up relaxed and not stressed and or tiered. So today we thought that we would share with you 3 ways to kick start your morning

1. Leave the phone alone
We’re all guilty of this, the alarm goes off (on our phone), we switch it off and the scroll Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and check our emails. Leave it all until you’re ready for the day or better yet – lunchtime – except emails – you can check those when you get to work.

2. Drink water or more specifically lemon water
You’ve just slept for 8 hours (if you’re a good person), so you need to rehydrate. Drink a pint of water before you do anything – to flush out those toxins. Alternatively you can opt for a lemon water – which we prefer – this has taken place of caffeine and it seems to have done the trick. You can read a few benefits of drinking lemon water here. And most importantly – kick start your metabolism.

3. Stretch
You may not always have time for this, but a quick stretch in the morning, gets your muscles working, pumps the blood around your body and makes you that little  bit more alert – which is exactly what us non morning people need.
