Eastbourne Metro Bank Supports Children With Cancer This Christmas

Eastbourne Metro Bank is collecting donations in store to help raise funds for Children With Cancer Fund Polegate as part of its Christmas Community Campaign.

Children With Cancer Fund aims to grant wishes to children up to the age of eighteen and their families, who have, or have had, cancer and who primarily live in East Sussex, Brighton and Hove. Wishes can be practical, medical or fun and made to individual families, as well as supporting a group together by giving them quality family time. The charity also supports local hospitals and community nurses.

Eastbourne residents and businesses can donate children’s toys and presents at the Terminus Road store.

“As a community bank we want to help make Christmas extra special for children with cancer this year,” explains Eastbourne Metro Bank Store Manager Kennedy Blakeley.  “We would encourage everyone to give a little this Christmas to help put a little magic back into these children’s lives by supporting this fantastic local charity.  I want to thank everyone in advance for their generous support.”

Metro Bank’s Eastbourne store located at Unit 70/71 The Beacon, 59/61 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3NW. The store is currently open Monday – Saturday: 8.30am – 6pm. Sunday: 11am – 5pm.
