With all the gel nails at home offers that are around right now and being able to get UV lamps that ply into your computer , need about 30 seconds setting time and lasts for a week, we’re often trying lots of new at home products. Last week we delved into the false nail world. We spent ages in Boots having a look and seeing what was around. We thought we’d go with the oval nailene multi pack, because we like claws, but we’re too scared to go all the way.
And we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. We’ve tried them quite a few times now and they are the longest wearing false nails we’ve come across. So far we’ve had a minimum of one weeks wear, you do get the odd, maybe one, popping off if they’ve been soaked in water for too long, but they can easily reapplied, so it’s not too much of a problem.
You don’t have to file them down too much. The biggest problem
being that they don’t much variety in sizing. You will need a descent nail file to file down the sides, if you need to, to fit properly. So all in all we would definitely recommend these if you don’t have time to go and get your nails done. Yesterday we experimented with gel nail polish and it looks like we got them done professionally. So 10/10 from us.
