You know we love a burger here at Eastbourne LifeStyle HQ, so we couldn’t have been anymore excited to pop down to the new burger bar on South Street – Old Dave’s Gourmet Burger Co. – this past Tuesday. This is 100% the one thing that we think has been missing in Eastbourne and who has ever gotten tired of burger eating? Not us! Here’s a little sneak peek of the menu – well in fact its the whole menu, not a sneak peek! Anyways just look at all those burgers! So many to chooooooose from.
We went for The Classic with added cheese and also The Old Blue.
& just look at those chips!
The chips are pretty perfect and come seasoned, which makes them taste actually delicious! Maybe the best chips ever had?
But they are even more perfect when popped into a burger! Don’t judge, until you give it a go yourself!
Go on – you know you want to!
Now if you just want your chips to be chips, you can dip, its not mandatory to stuff as many in your burger as possible, but it’s good.
The burgers are also awesome. You can’t beat a stilton cheese burger or a cheese burger or any kind of burger really. Just look at the other options on the menu. We are already planning our next trip and we think the pork burgers might just be on the cards. Now enough talk bout burgers, lets talk about pudding.
Now you’re gonna want to have a pudding at the place, even if you’re so stuffed you don’t think it’s possible. Just man up, choose one and demolish. We went for the Hazlenut brownie with raspberry coulees and cream. There was not a single teeny crumb left. So worth it!
