Oh My Goodness

The Vegan breakfast at Oh My Goodness is a must eat if you’re in the area and looking for a fantastic breakfast to eat. You can follow Oh My Goodness on Facebook here.

Bibendum
The wild mushroom & pea risotto comes with a huge recommendation. It is served with ruffle oil, wild rocket and parmesan. They do have some other fab vegan choices, one which is further on down the list.

Bill’s

The vegan wellington on the veganuary menu, consists of carrot cashew nut and mushroom wellington served with butter bean mash, broccoli and vegetable gravy. The wellington is delicious, the butter bean mash is way better than potato mash. 100%.

Crown & Anchor
The Vegan fishless finger sandwich is delicious. This comes with a vegan tartare sauce in a brown or white bloomer.

Bibendum
When we were compiling this list, we were told that the Bibendum burger was the best vegan burger that was ever invented. It’s a homemade falafel patty served in a ciabatta bun, topped with cheddar, salad, red onion, sliced beef tomato and homemade houmous. Also with a side of fries.

Olive’s Cafe

This one is in Hurstmonceux, but the Vegan breakfast comes highly recommended,

Charlie Browns Diner

Charlie Browns whole Vegan menu comes highly recommended. We like the sound of the cheese and mushroom burger.

The Bok Shop

The Vegan ‘Hot as cluck’ burger comes highly recommend. You can adapt most of The Bok Shop menu options to vegan options. Check out the full menu here.

The Little Elephant
The Little Elephant offer a lot of vegan options, but the Thai Green Curry is one that keeps coming up as a firm favourite. The curry comes with tofu and vegetables.

The Dew Drop
‘Cant get no satay-sfaction’ burger. This burger was described as insanely good and an absolute must try.

Yoku Sushi
The Katsu Curry at Yoku Sushi was mentioned. It’s a pumpkin katsu curry. Which comes out as deep fried pumpkin in panko breadcrumbs. You can view the menu here.

The Eagle
Rabbit Food hot dog – we can’t find out anything else about this, but it comes with a 10/10 rating from an Eastbourne Lifestyle reader.
