The Difference Between The Ivy In Brighton And The Ivy In Tunbridge Wells

The difference between the Ivy in Brighton and the Ivy in Tunbridge Wells

A bit of a non Eastbourne related post here – but we had a few emails and DMs this weekend about The Ivy. The questions were mostly which one is better the Tunbridge Wells Ivy or the Brighton Ivy. So we thought instead of answering several different emails we will answer your questions here.

First up with regards to the food – there is no difference. They both have the same menus available.

Being able to book a table – they are both extremely busy. The Brighton Ivy needs to be booked months in advance for a weekend trip. The first time we went we booked 3 months in advance and the second time we tried it was fully booked 3 months in advance, which is why we went to the Tunbridge Wells one instead. The TW isn’t as busy, but it still needs to be booked a couple of weeks ahead of time.

They are both different, but the same in terms of decor. They have the same themes, but the Brighton one has the WOW factor. It is stunning and bigger than the Tunbridge Wells venue.

Toilets – those of you who have been to the Brighton Ivy know how EXTRA the toilets are and you would have noticed girls going down in groups of 10 with their mobile phones ready to take pictures for the gram. What a world we live in ha ha! Tunbridge Wells does not have this. The toilets are just toilets.

Hopefully thats answered all of your questions.
