Why You Should Be Using Coconut Oil

We thought that it was about time that we shared with you one of our fave health and beauty tips. It’s not really a secret but there are so many health benefits from using coconut oil in your everyday life, that you all need to know about. We’ve recently started using it as a supplement in our every day life – just two teaspoons a day  of this does the trick and you can really notice the difference in your skin. It’s not just great for skin though, you can also use it as a hair mask, a face mask, lip balm, eye make up remover and body moisturiser. It’s apparently been proven to make your hair grow faster – which is something every girl wants right? Mermaid hair – or is that just us? And is so so good for your skin.We also use it for cooking instead of oil, add it in our morning coffee and pop two teaspoons in our smoothies. And a little added extra, when cooking with coconut oil it makes your house smell AH – MA – ZING!
